Who may qualify?
The program is intended for active-duty military, veterans, law enforcement and firefighters. Mention the discount during the first project conversation so eligibility and the applicable scope can be confirmed before an estimate is finalized.
How the discount works
The 10% appreciation discount is applied to eligible PPM project scope under the terms confirmed in the written estimate. It cannot be combined with every promotion or applied retroactively. Material allowances, subcontracted work, permit costs or other pass-through items may be treated differently depending on the project.
What to have ready
- Your Jacksonville or Northeast Florida project location
- The project type and approximate area
- Photos of the current driveway, patio, pool deck or repair area
- Reasonable proof of qualifying service when requested
Eligibility, exclusions and final discount value are confirmed by PPM in writing for each project. Ask before signing so the estimate clearly reflects the program.
